If you've removed the sound deadening I believe you use white spirit to get the residue off that's left behind.
Other than that just hoover up any small bits of debris and then give it a once over with a powerwash.
After that you need to get any welding done that needs doing for the cage and...
Remove the bench and get a bowl of soapy water and a big sponge to clean it off.

You undo them when it's on the floor and you tighten them when it's on the floor.
The standard jack is perfectly adequate to support the car whilst changing a wheel.

I've swapped the earth over to a new location and it's still playing up, I tested it just with the car stationary and it still cut out after a short while, must be a dodgy amp then I guess?
