Your best bet is to ring the suppliers and find out offset etc...

i own a mk2 ph1 clio, will i get any arch rubbing with 17's and a 60mm lowering. do you advise getting a suspension kit to go this low or can i just use springs. also, is ET37 the correct fitment for my car?

can it be replaced with an aftermarket one? when buying one, do i order a lift-up reverse or standard. Cos it's not really a lift-up on mk2 phase1s is it? it's just got the slider thingy.
