the blocks (tdi-tread wear indicators) in the groves of the tread. they are at 2mm so would be still legal if level 1.6mm is the minimum over the centre 3/4.

the pollen filters under the offside scuttle in the box few small bolt head screws to remove the lid. all running/driving fine just need a remap now. just finished giving it an exterior detail.

you dont need to remove the wiper arms to change the pollen filter the scuttle splits just before the wiper therse a clip near the fire wall. older ph1s dont need type-d coolant.

check the pitch of the tread on the bolts to make sure they haven't worn or been over torqued. what torque setting are you using?

sounds like the cable has broken. if u pull the clip from off the mechanism to glass and pop it out then you can slide the window closed.

Whats MER polish like? Is it better the auto glym super resin polish?

Got a catback janspeed on my 1.6 16v sounded good. Fitted a 4-1 manifold and decat and i dont think its sounds as good as before.
