Good advert & the right sort of money with that Mileage / condition.
Someone will buy it. It's just the colour that might put a few people off but it will go eventually.
I place we do work for has a Mugen one, I stand and stare everytime i'm there! Stunning cars!
Black looks great aswell although iv'e never seen one in that colour, They tend to be red.
Sounds like alot of people i know!
Iv'e never known anyone get done by the police for fronting / not declaring mods but if he crashes we will basically have no insurance..
It was never that much cheaper to front when i passed so i didn't bother, Best to build up your own no claims
Love it!
Not keep on the tow strap but each to their own :)
I bet the rear was tricky to stance like that? Mine was a fair but higher on the rear and still rubbed like a motherf**ker! I think my wheels were wider though.
Good job!
Arhhh that's why then!, Not too bad considering you've had a claim :(
I hate people who claim for everything they can. So common now aswell. The first thing people say when you have a crash is, whiplash? Claim!
I pay £800 at 20 years old with 1 year NCB on a brand new 180 bhp A3 for 15k miles & full business use, Have you had a crash in the past?
My trophy comes in at £1200 and that's a group higher than a regular 172 / 182.
Your price seems extremely high!
Just take it steady for the first few years! , You think your a hero / racing driver when you first pass but in reality you know very very little, It may not be you but learn to read what other idiots are doing!
But drive steady! Iv'e had a couple of mates killed in their first year of driving...
I have two sitting there not moving at the minute, As said earlier in the thread, Put some moisture bags inside the car as mould starts to grow on the seats etc!
I just fire mine up once a week and leave to run for a few minutes to keep the battery charged etc.
Good post.
It really is one of the worst cars i have seen in a long time! I think the non RS's may sell but 22k for a poorly made, ugly, 4 door , Automatic "Hot hatch" seems ludicrous.
DynoDaze are good are they not?
They do good deals for clubs, Only trouble is they are over Hinkley way which is fine for the Nuneaton / Coventry lot but maybe a bit far for others?
Also i suppose it would be good to go somewhere like Cooksport.
That is the tackiest interior iv'e seen in a long time!
Looks so cheap and crap. It really doesn't pull the gloss black look off at all :(
I quite like the outside though & I think it will grow on a lot of people!.
It will appeal to old people and first time drivers and maybe some "funky"...
Never done an engine, The main reason is to stop the corrosion or to harden the aluminium itself. Some people do it just because it looks good but i still think powdercoating is a more durable finish.
Cost wise i pay very little, For around 100kg of components we pay around the £50 mark, that...
We anodise lots of components, Most colours can be done.
Personally i wouldn't anodise something like the inlet as it's not a very resilient coating IMO, It's mainly to stop aluminium oxidising. You would be better powdercoating.
