Rentech or Ktec are the best bets, I would recommend getting your Tensioners, Auxillary belt and Water pump done at the same time, no point just getting the Timing Belt done alone, I think Ktec charge around £550 inc vat. for all of that to be done, it's what I did anyway and the 172 was a lot...

Had my heart set on a 200sx, but I think now it's MX-5 time :) sell the Clio, buy a decent cheap MX-5, spend about a grand on wheels and coilies and exhaust (2nd hand) and still have some change for beer :) now to find one :)

I have this same issue, sounds like it's coming from inside the dashboard but you can hear it from outside the car aswell? bloody annoying and would love to know how to fix it :) where abouts is the heat shield? Sorry to but in :o Lukas
