Going to speak to the powerflow guy and see if he can weld in an additional centre box or similar :-)

Seems to go well enough for what it is so hopefully make the right numbers
Thanks for advice there
I have a powerful dealer local to me so I might pop in there and see what he suggests!
As I said earlier its not tht loud really but louder than standard
Morning all
My 2005 clio 182 has a miltek cat back system fitted by previous owner due to original system rusting away
I personally find it too loud and quite intrusive particularly as its my daily car for running to work plus occasionally my 2 year old daughter comes in the car
Looking at the...
Thanks mate always nice to get the odd compliment about it, very pleased with it, (so far) seems to be in great virtually unmarked condition particularly for a now 10 year old car
Have spent quite a few hours detailing on and in everywhere since bought it

Hi all been lurking round and posting on here since buying my titanium 182 ff in September, thought it about time I said hello and posted a few cheeky photos

Can you not just fit headlight washer blanks from a clio 172 cup and crimp the existing hoses behind the bumper
Surely can't fail them if they not there!
My headlight washers also don't work but never been an issue at mot
Sounds like a fussy mot tester to me
The washers do bugger all for the...
Aftermarket injectors ok to use on the 172/182?
Mangetti marelli ones on ebay for around £25 each, also siemens ones for around £35?

Some dodgy folk about!
I popped the outer track rods off my hubs earlier today to check for play in the outer rods and inner tie bars but all seemed fine so im reluctant to bother changing them now!

Thanks for reply/info
I made a 32mm crows foot tool in work today
Just hope it's suitable for the job, made it as small as possible and only around 5mm thick so fingers crossed!
Thread hijack!
Right then checked my rack this evening and says smi on there
Would I be right thinking I need the longer tie rods?
Anyone recomend any brands of tie rods or am I best sticking to genuine Renault inner tie rods and outer track rod ends etc?
Ideal thanks mate
Have just mad myself a 32mm crows foot tool to get the inner tie rods undone so Will get the parts ordered from Renault online this week :-)
Im wanting to know which length I need for my 182 full fat also
Also keep reading that a few different brand racks were fitted to our cars so depents which one you have fitted!
Although im not sure how you tell!
Not 100% happy with the feel of steering on my 2005 clio 182
Feels a little vague!
Thinking of replacing a few bits on front end -
Track rod ends and inner tie bars
Maybe the steering rack bushes
Anyone any advice on where to get these at best price and is it a difficult job to change rack...

Never noticed any leaks on my 182
Where am I looking for the said leak?
More importantly what gearbox oil do I need and where is the fill/level plug on the f4r engine/box?
Thanks
Thanks for replies
Grip tape is a good idea :-)
My clutch pedal is quite smooth/worn lookibg at it closer so might even buy a replacement or might just go for the tape idea as I too live in damp wales!
