My CL's didn't Fred, still want to pipe on about a bad batch that happened years ago? Might as well bring up EBC's, AST's and that lot then when they 'were' s**t.

That's the reason they're poor, the price and the fact they crumble like mad at a small amount of track time. I personally rate EBC bluestuffs over them everyday day and they're near half the price! I remember seeing Sir_Daves DS's when we were swapping pads about and I was genuinely shocked!

Because the DS2500's are poor and overpriced and they don't use PF/CL and they are too aggressive for their style of racing iirc.

Can you explain to me how a 6 point bolt in cage isn't suffice for clubman racing? The blue book says its perfectly acceptable. My safety devices cage made a large difference to rigidity to my Cup and its still perfectly safe to race in clubman series with. Also does the does series require...

I'd be interested in something like this, but restricting it to just purely 182's is retarded tbh. Open it up to all mk2's and the grid would be massive! Would definately be usable to drive to and from the circuits. I use my caged Cup ATM so this would be no different.

This. I haven't done the full course, but on the 2 day course I did through my work I learnt a lot of things I use today without even realising. What you learn with the IAM should really be put to use when just learning normally, would make driving standards in this country much better...

No. Obviously if the cars going to left in a rough area, then you'll want to leave the battery connected so the alarm works. But likelihood is the battery will go dead by the time you want to use the car again.
