Caught me on the A3 southbound Tim, didnt even see them as naturally i'd of slowed down. So can imagine I was probably was speeding, i've got no way to prove otherwise! People reckon i'll get 6 points and roughly a £500 fine, and if the courts are feeling harsh I could get a 7-56 ban on top but...
Lovely road coilover thats perfectly usable of track. So well damped as they come, got a set on my cup currently.
With regards to top mounts, i'd go with the Pure Motorsport top mount and strut brace package. Again got this on my cup, and between the this and the coilovers it makes for a great...
Better put up a bit of an update...
So after it eventually landing in England at the 'specialists', he got underway with fixing it. He assured me that the E36 M3 fuel pumps are strong and he's never had a problem with one on any car hes worked on, instead he always had problems with carbon...
Sorry for being a complete wash out last night Lads and Ladies. I had one of my 'day off mid afternoon naps'... Which lead to waking up around 9pm. I'm 24 ffs. Acting like i'm 94 FTL.
Throttle body Ellen, my cup has been running a little rough this past month or so. Once it's up to temperature it's fine right? If you hold the revs at just under 2k rpm does it sound like its really lumpy? Mine put an engine management light on, light went off but it's still doing it.
Still...
Quite interested in doing this myself! Got a 182 steering wheel, CC dash panel. So all I need is a 182 squib and have it programmed? Like Dan said I always use the brake to cancel the CC so i dont need the clutch switch?
My CL's didn't Fred, still want to pipe on about a bad batch that happened years ago? Might as well bring up EBC's, AST's and that lot then when they 'were' s**t.
That's the reason they're poor, the price and the fact they crumble like mad at a small amount of track time. I personally rate EBC bluestuffs over them everyday day and they're near half the price! I remember seeing Sir_Daves DS's when we were swapping pads about and I was genuinely shocked!
Can you explain to me how a 6 point bolt in cage isn't suffice for clubman racing? The blue book says its perfectly acceptable. My safety devices cage made a large difference to rigidity to my Cup and its still perfectly safe to race in clubman series with.
Also does the does series require...
I'd be interested in something like this, but restricting it to just purely 182's is retarded tbh. Open it up to all mk2's and the grid would be massive!
Would definately be usable to drive to and from the circuits. I use my caged Cup ATM so this would be no different.
This.
I haven't done the full course, but on the 2 day course I did through my work I learnt a lot of things I use today without even realising. What you learn with the IAM should really be put to use when just learning normally, would make driving standards in this country much better...
No. Obviously if the cars going to left in a rough area, then you'll want to leave the battery connected so the alarm works. But likelihood is the battery will go dead by the time you want to use the car again.
