Pretty sure the Airbag & Serv light do fail the MOT if they are not for the seats, iirc. It might have never been recorded mate if it has had an impact, have you checked under the bonnet to see any give away signs?

Surely this could be a possible previous crash where the dash airbag has gone and therefore the top dash has been replaced? Then they might have disabled the airbag light & SERV light in order to get away with MOTs?
