biggred calipers mate, about £25 I think for set of seals for both sides.
make sure that the dirt & grit hasn't damaged the caliper or piston mate, otherwise you'll need to replace.
On the 1*2, there are 6 liners, 2 each side at the front and 2 at the back, you obviously need the rear front lol.
I got my front fronts from ClioSpares on here, Josh is the guy to speak to...They're all really nice guys (& girls) and offer a great service.
Once I get a bit more cash I'll be...
bumping this old thread, I've started losing coolant and I've put a sheet under the car and it shows a stain directly under the engine.
I took a look at the bottom of the car and the bits directly underneath the engine in the middle are soaking :(
What makes it wierd is that the fan comes on...
I'm after my 3rd N/S liner now, for some reason they keep breaking on me :(
They're really hard to get, especially N/S as most crashes are this side and they do break easily :(
What a tool, so it's an exact rep apart from the interior, bumper, skirts, wings, steering wheel, wheels, car.
It really does knock me sick when people do this, I'm not being bitter but I've spent a fortune on mine to get it to a rep, and jokers come along with sh*t like this :@
just to clarify for others, they are exactly the same fit.
The carriers were redesigned after a certain date according to Renault but they are exactly the same fitting :)
thanks for the help guys!
** UPDATE **
I know I've not done many updates on this as of late, but over the last week I've done a bit of refurbishing.
I knew that I needed to make my brakes look a little better as I hammerited them yellow last year, but they had faded and started to flake.
I didn't want to just...
A breaker bar is the best way to get the 2 strut bolts off, get an 18mm spanner on the head of the bolt and get the bar on the nut.
Make sure you use spring clamps btw.
ok mate, just worth checking anyway even if it's not the problem, otherwise you'll have a massive groove in both pad & disc.
Let us know if you get any closer...
just sounds like a loud drowning noise, which increases at higher speeds.
sometimes you hear rattles from the inside of the car because of the vibration.
not just as much because he has 17s so you'll be half an inch further than his are with 60mm springs, with 40mm you'll b another 20mm away added to it.
all springs settle slightly different so there's no gaurantee.
Wheyyyyyyyyyyyy....Finally a meet that isn't on a Sunday :)
I should be able to come along, fingers crossed.

Apex normally drop nicely, but are very stiff.
Whereas Eibach don't look as good, but ride much better.
In future use the search function, this has been covered a million times.
obviously for the instrument panel you need to use LEDs with legs, rather than SMDs.
I could do them for you if you send them over to me, if you have any xenon white LEDs spare that'd be awesome as a payment because I ran out lol.
Pics of what my ones currently on the car look like:

Here's pics I took before after I've finished assembling the new calipers...
Cheers...
