run a couple of sets of platinums in my car now without any problems. seeing as if you shop around you can get them for £25 delivered i dont see why you shouldn't bother.
ive got the performanceleads.co.uk 8mm leads in mine at the mo, and bar the look and relatively poor fitment they do seem...
looks like a dodgy pad. i had a britemax one which actually arrived sagged and the performance off that is relatively poor. so either complain and get a new one or skip it and buy a new one
best bet is to slide the strip off, and then use some blobs of silicone to stop them rattling off the metal. that way if you force them they will eventually come off. otherwise foam mounting tape will do the job
got my recaro subframes on friday and had suspicions they were wrong immediately. having taken measurements of the car they look like they're actually for a clio 2007+ and not a 1998-2007. which is an absolute b*****d when ive waited weeks for them.

once fully polished you will hopefully never have to use the 83 again, as 80 is more than sufficient for removing almost all the swirling from soft (renault) paintwork.

I've had KW V2s and swapped em for konigsports. In all honest bloody love my fks, no matter what people say about them being hard they're not at all, they're a better ride than the kws (however the kws were race spec ones)
if you want a set try rimstyle, i've heard they're cheap
