Thats a good price from a dealer especially if its good condition. Just make sure its had the cam and acc belts changed recently other wise that will cost you a fair few hundred to get done. Other wise ENJOY!

Just about every sport owner I have spoken to has complained about the cold starts on the clios...As Noodle said above it only lasts for a minute then its fine. I actually took mine into Renault as I thought it was faulty! lol

Regularly used to see 30 when start/stop driving in town. 40 on the DC/Motorway. Spirited driving about 22-24

I did something similiar to what you might do! Went from 182 to R32. Car cost me £13.5k Car tax next year will be the same as the V6 clio, £400 odd. My insurance is £850 a year. So thats £70 a month. I do roughly 300 miles a week, work and socialising. Usually put £50-£60 in the car...

Greenlight are excellent for modifications on cars! Have to be over 21 to get a policy with them mind. Its basically a £25 one off charge to add a modification to the policy. You can add as many as you want at the same time. They do have there bad points though! They don't insure the following...
