Sounds to me like you might have some corroded earths.
Check the earths in the rear lights to see if they have rusted. Try and clean them up with a wire brush.
If your pads are low there could be metal plate behind the pads catching the disks. It would leave like a score mark on the disk if it goes on for to long.

When where the bearings changed?
Are the disks catching?
Are the pads low?
Could be many things imo. I'd want to say bearing but can't say nothing without seeing it.
