    Dont change gears so quckly. The yanoo kit helps with a more precise gear change and got rid of any slight noises or crunches with my box.

    Fit the plate, replaces the crappy circlip and easy enough to do without taking out the gearbox.

    I use bilstein coilovers with 9" springs, sits perfect with a small amount of spring preload. I found the standard height slightly too low.
