I attempted the inner arb bushes the other day, gave up and going to take it up to my mates garage and do them on the ramp. Such a pain trying to do them on axle stands.
You cant afford matched inlets and a remap at the moment, yet you plan on cams and itb's or turbo. Surely you should be saving your money for your long term power plans? Matched inlets make very little real difference, the rs tuner map is good but you wont be gaining bhp.
So its started nose diving since you have stripped the interior? Are your current dampers in good working order? Cooksports on standard dampers will be fine, unless you want to fork out for some konis perhaps.

They are bilsteins. The rough stuff is usually only a small percentage of the rallies,i try to take it easy and then push on on the tarmac which is where the clio excels.
