I never swap tyres around. No need at trackday. Just make sure they're I'm good condition before you go and don't over-inflate them. 2.0 bar max.

I've just replaced the last set of Brembo HC front discs with another set of the same and DS2500 pads. The discs lasted just over four years. I've tried EBC green pads on the back and they're crap. Now got DS2500's all round and Pagid rear discs. The brakes never fade on track or on B roads...

I use 5W-40 synthetic shell oil for road and track. As long as the oil is changed when it needs it then there shouldn't be any problem.

OZ F1's are very soft. I've lost count how many times I've ended up with bent rims from potholes.

Could be the engine mountings are getting tired and allowing the engine to move around I changed mine to K Tec ones a couple of years ago and it cured the problem on mine

Ask around the specialists like RS Tuning etc. they sometimes know of cars on the market. Take your time and find one that's been well looked after.

You need a new blade from Renault. Although halfords possibly sell their version as well now.

Another case of Renault wiring sagas. Soak everything with WD40.

I'm using standard 172 airbox and it works fine. Had a cone filter when I bought the car and it was sucking hot air from behind the radiator which did it no favours.
