Yes....buy cheap buy twice! I used Quadras- excellent light quality, portable and fast flash duration. I like Elinchrom and Profoto. Lencarta safari looks good. You also have to factor - stands, brollies and soft boxes.

Nice shots, however because you've used flash it has accentuated her 'fake tan' lines where her bra straps would be. Did you take any natural light shots? Not a critique just an observation. Other than that - good effort.

Hmm it's very minimal WA wise, it's pin sharp and balances the camera well. I leave it on all the time, however the only downside is that sometimes you want the x100 because its so small and you can stash it away in a pocket etc.....with the WA lens you're back to square one, especially with a...

Yep RAW, then just throw a grad filter in ACR. I do love the XE1 and am torn between that and the X100s to replace my X100.
