Yep, I agree, not sure what makes people think the cambelt needs doing, it doesn't state when it was done, just at 58,000 miles, it's done 34,000 miles since then so unless it was done 5 years ago it won't need doing for another couple of years surely? An oil change would be worthwhile though...
