I use the £10 bundle - 250 mins, unlimited texts and truely unlimited internet!
Cheers, I wouldn't sell it for £1500 - thats why I am going to break it, unless someone offered me £2250 for it, it will be getting broken.
Cheers my mate did it for me. Its half way up Stelvio.
Cheers, I noticed it was down. Pretty rubbish.
At the price I paid most I saw were higher...
Thanks!
I went for the 65, it's a shame the 80's and 100's aren't more common, I wasn't too bothered which I got, I believe the 80's are the best on fuel so ideally I would have gone for one of them.
The one I bought was local, and it fitted the bill: £1500 - 89,000 miles, 10 months Tax and...
Well this is my goodbye thread, to my car.
I bought my 182 in August 2010 from a salvage auction, I repaired it and since then I have done 12,000 miles in it, taking it from 49,000 miles to 61,000 miles. 3000 of which were round Europe; France, Monaco, Italy, Switzerland, and Germany.
It’s...
I have just bought a DCI 65 - 53 plate, black, 89,000 miles £1500.
I am sad and before buying it I did a spreadsheet, these are the basics from it, based on 10,000 miles per year, 30mpg for the 182 and 60mpg for the DCI.
182
DCI
Insurance
1200.00
700.00
Tax
245.00
20.00
Fuel...
Yea it depends what you are into, the B6 is no way near as tunable as the B5!
These B5's with some RS4 parts can see mega power! I think they are great looking cars, if you are worried about the dated look try and find one that is a saloon and been fitted with RS4 wings - front and rear...
The thing with threads like these are the people who have had problems will generally shout louder than those who haven't!
I have had my 182 for 18 months, I have done 12,000 miles in it, and it has never once missed a beat. I bought it from salvage so it was accident damaged, replaced the...
Good choice, I had a standard B5 for a bit, had to have both the turbos done :( but it was an awesome car. If I'm honest I wish i'd kept it longer!
Do you have the blue alcantara, black leather or white leather interior? Noggy blue is definatly the way forward, lovely colour. Are they the B6...
Did a 3000 mile road trip this summer... France, Monaco, Italy, Switzerland and Germany. Can anyone guess where this one was taken? :D
It was overlooking this...
I have one that I am going to be selling, I will put it up in the for sale section this week and post a link in here.
I posted some pics here a while ago...

No 225 1.8T, after my B5 S4 I crave Quattro Turbo power again! They are very cheap as well I'm looking to spend around the 4000 mark on one.
To be honest I just fancy a change, the Clio's great, never let me down in 10,000 miles and it did the 3000 miles round Europe in 2 weeks this summer...
He told me to pick that bone with you. I think he just never thought about me (typical)
And yes, with it being a previous Cat D I can't see me getting much more than £2k for it as a whole. Whereas I think I will get a lot more for it in bits. Going to look at a TT this weekend actually. If I...
Cheers for the invite guys.
Oli had alot of work done on the car - £2500 worth to be exact, by Mr. Vanos.
He had the Vanos sorted, big end bearings replaced, some new hydraulic lifters and few other bits and bobs including a new water pump (which was £400 for the part alone) - not a complete...
A For Sale advert maybe?
On a serious note, most people on here will tell you they hate your car and it looks crap as you have chosen the 'chav' mods for your car. Then no doubt the question of your insurance will come up and you will be told its fraud etc. not to declare your 'mods'
My...
Bear with me I'm in the process of making some, its the bottom plastic rim thats going to make it more expensive though unless you would be happy to use your own?
I'd fit them using a spray bottle with washing up liquid and water to lubricate.
Get them lined up and then squeegee out the water and its stuck then, much like fitting window tints (Yes I once thought I was cool with my 1.2 and its limo tints)
I take mine to my next door neighbour, he has garage called Autopoint in knutsford. He's a top guy. Give him a call, 01565 750802
