Anyone got any ideas to my fault? It seems to be coming more from o/s/f when accelerating or cornering (it's only very faint at the minute but it's seems to be getting worse) I believe it may be the driveshaft but I thought I'd post up to see if any of the specialists have any ideas?

Firstly I'm yet to remove my airbag so just after info before I do so, How do the Cruise Control buttons come off? I can just about see a screw through a gap...is it just this screw and off it comes?

I was the origin of this 'mod' ;) lol and I just used tape, and like already mentioned when it starts to peel...replace with new tape I tried to paint it the other week with model (like airfix) paint but it went to shite and ended up respraying the grille! Stick with tape! Lol

Have you put both rubbers on the rear shocks top mountss (2 on each) ? Also do you have some standard rear shocks you could temporarily swap to as I had trouble with the v-maxx rear shocks being too soft! You may possible have faulty/weak shocks resulting in the 'sagging'

My hotmail account has stopped working saying the the username or password was wrong for the pop3.live.com I've been into hotmail on the computer and changed all the password etc just I case I'd been hacked! Then changed it for the new password in iPhone setting but it is unable to verify :S...

I get what you are saying mate, but I don't get how it sits that low at the rear with the v-maxx's wound all the way up :S With mine (vmaxxs also) wound all the way DOWN at the rear, it's not even that low... Either mine or yours have some problems lol

Knock/pinking sensor! Mine done this a few times and also high rpm in 4th gear! Replaced and now fine :) £27ish from Renault mate

Yes Rhys' is only half a year older than my 05 plate but they have different sensors...I think there 'may' be a small connector if you follow the wire back At the end of the day, Renault got them through somehow in the first place ;)

IMHO the cup spoilers look like something you would get on a hatchback in 'need for speed' :( I prefer the lip spoilers of 1*2's, vxr's, fiesta etc rather than a 'wing' as such!

Welcome mate, Got any pics of the 172 :) And the 'yellow misting' you've described you can sort DIY, there is a guide on here somewhere, basically get some very fine wet and dry, some polish/scratch remover and alot of elbow grease :p
