It really is bloody good. Can't remember a game where I don't blink for such a long time. Even watching replays is cracking with the exhaust notes echoing through the forests!
yeah that happens, they probably wont have a clue about it being a problem. My dephaser wasn't changed either, but (for now at least) I'm getting away with it!
You're correct about it coming up a million times I'm afraid - thats the dephaser pulley rattling away. Not a problem as such, folk have run them like that for a long time - don't suppose you're due a timing belt change in the near future?
The weight thing........ he appears to be enough of a porker that he has the shuffle the wheel as his arms can't clear his gut. Not exactly great for on track car control
Got rid of the standard cat, but then realised I'd disturbed a prehistoric clamp in the process. Enough pops and bang to make an 18 y/o with a pops n bangs map moist!
You can definitely mount bikes on the back of a 1*2 - last one I saw was on a Trophy!
Saris, Hollywood or even Halfords would just use wide hooks to hold onto the top, sides and bottom of the bootlid. Would only have to make sure you get one compatible with spoilers if you've got a Cup
Bit of a hijack, but possibly of use to the OP...... an alternative would obviously be removing the centre silencer - but (not that it's ever easy to describe) how much of a different does that make? Bit of an extra 'bark' or 'full-chav'?
Used Kenny Brown Motors for the first time this week (well actually started a couple of weeks ago). Cracking service from a really decent guy who obviously, really, knows his stuff!
Thanks for confirming. Just had another look at the one I've just received and it was bent to fook anyway! Might bite the bullet and get a new one this time
Might as well keep this zombie thread going.
Just got hold of a replacement stub axle for my 182. Went for the thin based option (RenParts were happy to supply based on what I told them) as I'm on standard suspension. Have I made an @rse of this? Can't tell if it's thin on 172, fat on 182 or...
Noticed that my near-side near tyre was looking pretty abused, so took the car in (182) to have a look at the alignment. Found out that it's rocking 25 minutes of toe-out on that side, not exactly ideal and explains why things have been getting a bit interesting at speeds that raelly didn't...
Could someone confirm that a 182 doesn't have a fan for the climate control sensor, and it's just the sensor itself poking slightly out of a small hole in the light surround?
Actually, that might be a theory. Had noticed that the A/C seemed to be trying to come on more often. Would the ambient display not be off too in that situation?
