Control panel seems to be working ok, when I turn the temperature up/down the fan adjusts to suit. The trouble is that I get naff-all heat until the temperature is at 'max' (and probably a bit on 26 degrees). Dead matrix?
Thanks,
Mark
must be setup for teh induction benefits then :S
From the photos the left hand side of the bonnet is sitting much higher than the right, are the hinges bent or something?
Yeah it is looking like the cat at fault. Had an intermittent lambda error coming up for ages, stupidly just replaced it now so that's sorted but the emissions are still up. Car is still runs very well, no signs of anything else at all so the garage is recommending the cat goes. It's SWR in...
Good spot, it does indeed: http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=1265&appid=2 Given the lack of any previous upgrades it'd be a bit of a surprise if it was, but then again I do have a k-tec exhaust from the cat back. That complicates things a bit - don't like 'downgrading'!
Looks like I need to replace the cat on my 182. So I've been weighing up options this evening to see about maybe getting a genuine one 2nd hand. However, mine looks like this:

Can anyone explain what's going on?
Cheers,

The guys up there ^ aren't kidding about the torque either. Mine were over-torqued my a mechanic, got less than 1,000 miles out of them before having to change them again. Did you use a torque wrench?
Does anyone know if SWR do MOTs? Their website states "MOT preparation" but I'm sure I can remember seeing an MOT Testing Station sign the last time I was there
