It's all very well being able to prep and paint fast but what's the quality like? I've seen some shocking paint work but I guess it was rubbed over/masked up and painted very fast at not alot of money. If it was my car I want it done right, not just the colour match but the paint finish and...

They are fcuking awesome. I've driven a yellow one when I worked on Porsches. Reg was 1 KNK a Chinese guy owned it along with a 928 GTS and a lotus Calton (RHD) one too. We also restored a black 2.7 RS for a bare shell, that car went onto win the masters concourse. [emoji41]

I think its more the want, i love yours mate but im sure if i was to own one again i wouldn't be happy. Although for a car that you can jump in and thrash the nuts off of it the Clio is perfect. I think that's why i want to own one again.

White is a git to match mate, I worked in a Bodyshop for a Porsche specialists so I know what goes into mixing paint. But if the Bodyshop are confident that that's got to be good, I'm sure they'll do a spray out card first.

I'd say that's spot on mate, I got quoted £300 to paint a brand new front bumper for the Bug and that was with me taking it to them. Strip/fit = time. Are they confident that the colour match will be spot on with the bumpers? This is the problem I'm having with mine, it needs a few bits...

This is one of my customers car's, last time I was at he's house he asked if I wanted to drive it. It's the GT Speed, 620bhp and over 200mph. But it was 10 o'clock at night and I was knackered. I will have a drive next time I'm over.
