It well may have been mate, I sold the PH1 last year. Just looking through my pictures and found this.

The brake and clutch ones can but the throttle one comes complete with the padal @ £150 ish. The plates on there own aren't that expensive.

There is only 1 fixing point at each end, in a crash the bar will swing out of the way and the harness will become loose. That's going to do fcuk all.

That would repair easy enough. The stub axel is held on with 4 bolts, in that picture of the rear wheel bent around they look like they have bent. The rear 1/4 looks like it's been repaired in the pass.
