You won't get a very good earth through that trainer bud. And try to find a cheap light active mask if you can, makes welding so much better and you can see what your doing which I find helps. [emoji23]

Me too mate. Yes mate I did Bedford and yes that could just be the cause of my problem. The first session out is where the car got driven hard, the 2nd and 3rd time it was ok. Even the blast out on Friday everything was fine. [emoji2]

Just not on the car!!! Get a few bits of scrap metal the same thickness as you will be welding on the car. Play around with the settings until you get a nice weld with enough penatration. [emoji2]
