Yep, you sometimes will be lucky that you don't have to support the gearbox either.
Battery out.
Undo 18mm big nut in the middle.
Undo 2x 13mm nuts, make sure bolts don't drop through. Give stud a sharp tap with a hammer.
Lift old mount out.
Reverse to fit.

I even remember commenting at the time that it was mighty close to the cover. Thought process is non-existent at 1:30am.
Standard upper mounts, polybushed dogbone is the best combo for a road car IMO.
If your dogbone is worn, you'll get excess movement in the gearstick when you come on and off the throttle.
If your upper gearbox mount is worn, you'll get a knocking at low/mid revs on the throttle. Cheap part and...
