Suspension, brakes and weight loss are the 3 things to focus on mainly, won't cost as much as trying to get more power and you'll have twice as much fun on track.
I've removed the inlet plenum and got rid of the remaining old sensor. I noticed the inlet is full of oil though and the throttle body was gunked up to fook!
I gave the throttle body a clean and emptied out some of the oil from the plenum lol and then re-fitted including a new map sensor...
No and no.
I've been advised to check the map sensor so I went to remove it this morning and it came off in my hand, with part of the sensor still inside.
Just my luck. I've ordered a new one but it wont be in stock until tomorrow.
Now it wont even idle properly, £70 bill before I even start...
This game has to be played with a pad tbh.
I bought it too and love how easy it is to launch yourself into the air to get away from enemys or to gain an advantage over them etc.
I seem to be cursed somehow because every new years eve my car develops a fault. Weirdly the car runs fine and there are no lights on the dash until I put my foot down, as soon as the throttle position is around 50% or greater the car judders, loses power and I can hear the engine struggling...
I find Bad Company 2 and in fact all the Battlefield games you have to play with the settings especially the mouse sensitivity and pitch and yaw factors to get the right feel.
Call of Duty on the other hand is pick up and play.
Metro 2033, best looking game I've ever seen and uses new features of DX11, it is very taxing though. 8gb of Ram recommended lol.
To be honest if all you want to do is test it just download 3dmark 11.
Just search for the model of the laptop on google and I'm sure it'll provide all the info you need.
If you are going to do it though at least do it properly and get the fastest processor that will fit. (within reason/budget)
I've had this issue and a new battery sorted it.
It's to do with the battery not holding it's charge enough so when your starting it up it cuts the supply to the trip computer as it's not as important so it can concentrate on starting.
Really good game this I thought, I got really into it, did all the fighting challenges and all that after completing the game, got the platinum trophy in the end.
Looking forward to Arkham City due out next year.
I find the ones that NWP sell which I believe are OEM Renault mounts are good enough. The rubber is glued onto the mount rather than just placed in like my old mount that I removed.
If you've got a K-tec zorst expect it to require cable ties.
Bought Just Cause 2 for a fiver.
I need to be careful how much I'm downloading here, don't wanna get my internet bottlenecked by abusing the fair usage policy lol.
If they do, my excuse is Steam have too many good offers to pass up.
