saxo was ok but when wet it was like my old fiesta lol didnt handle for s**t, clio feels much more stable in corners, even in the wet its pretty grippy. prob didnt help with my saxo as the tyres were getting worn out before i sold it so probably didnt help my cause

ner dont agree with that mate my saxo used to understeer like a b**ch quite fast but didnt corner. my clio cup seems like its on rails proper sticks in the corners

yep made my mind up im guna stick with the originals. looking at getting a new alpine stereo prob use money on that. was very tempted at getting my cup lowered even more just not sure of cost implications and i aint good at this techncial knowledge stuff lol :S

yer i know about torque steer. its just that on my old vtr if i booted it in 1st and 2nd and i had no grip it would just wheelspin and u would know this is wheelspin but on clio tends to make a sound thats unlike tyres wheel spinning sounds almost like traction control when u hear it on the...

i thought it might be the wheels slipping rather than proper wheel spinning. sometimes it does it more than others weird

hi guys i have a clio sport 172 cup. when i nail it in 1st and 2nd. (we all do it from time to time!) ever since ive had the car when it gets to 5 to 6000rpm it tends to make this sound i cant really describe it starts to happen when the car starts pulling at that rpm. sounds like a traction...

bought my cup in feb on 21k gearbox went a week later. not the bet start for when ive just bought it? luckily it was under warranty. im also thinking the same as u as my warrnaty runs out i dec aswell do u get service under waranty?

Hey Ive been looking at some pics of the cup 172 in white and also grey colour wheels. I currently have a 172 cup just wondered what the cost implementation would be to have these professionally coloured (or whatever it is im not very techincal lol) and also do people prefer the cup wheels...

bought my cup in feb cost £7995 with 21k on clock. with 7 months warrnaty remaing one previous lady owner. good cond though that wasnt to bad but got good deal on my vtr part ex so i though it was worth it

i used to be with elephant on my old saxo vtr i was paying £1000 when i was 20. got a quote with them on my clio 172 cup £1900 ouch. tried directline and am now paying £1200 which aint bad am currenlty 21.
