I doubt you will be able to notice the difference if you went back to standard. Some say it is the best setup and it probly is, value for money wise. I run a K&N cone because of the sound it makes!

remove the arch liners to check the connections. if not then maybe the switch, if its not making contact then no signal will get to the lights or the dash light. then there is always tracking the voltage to the switch, fuse, lights, earth checks........

check the fuse first off, then see if they are connected and the bulbs are good

IIRC they only put the Clio badge on the supercharged 1.2's in 2004

mine did the same, turned out the gears in the throttle body chewed themselves to bits. not sure if it would be the same on the 1.2

It's any that I will need, take it they all Have the same mounting points? The light gets gutted anyway so can be a cheap one
