0.1 is actually 0.10 in english thats 10minutes or 1/6th of a degree, about right assuming thats per wheel so total toe would be 0.20 toe out which is a - figure normally so LF RF -0.10 -0.10 total -0.20

cams don't cause an engine to fail, i've been hearing that a lot lately, its normally mapping or age/abuse/wrong oil/bad luck

therefore you cannot fit a 736 engine without "bodging"

by the way the guide says to use the wrong length belt, its not a 1662 its more like a 1640

sometimes its the driver causing the problems, too aggressive on turn in and you can do that

hence the "not for road use"
