have just had my janspeed decat system fitted (very impressed btw), got a bmc to go on tomorrow, and am wondering what to do next! obviously remap is high on the agenda, who would people reccomend? also getting my inlets matched and possibly a polished/flowed throttle body, anyone reccomend...
my day is sorted - give her a clean in the morning, put cliosport sticker in back window, sport decals on the wheels, fit the bmc and take some pictures of the freshly fitted janspeed:)sounds really nice and has made a hell of a difference! and also ordered my coilovers today fed up of looking...

got myself a bog standard 05 plate titanium 182 in swap for my old astra coupe, have the intentions of turning it into a fast road / track car! hadn't really been cleaned and looked after that well, few minor scratches door dinks etc so 1st job was a full detail and compound, now just have the...
really village amateur stupid question, but a coolant kit for a 172 will be the same as a 182 wont it? got a deal from bailey so couldnt say no;)lol! cheers guys!
havent had my 182 long, but when you start it there's a slight judder/vibration from the engine, has anyone else had this? also when it starts from cold and you drive it straight away its like its not there, put your foot down and it jumps and pulls then holds back again?! like my old 106 did...
hi guys just a quick one, we have a customer after a paddle clutch for his williams, does anyone know if one is made and who makes it as we are struggling to find one! cheers!
hmm some interesting views then, i have always thought a good induction system was essential. other modifications wise it will be getting a sports cat and cat back system before i worry about a remap.
have been looking at bilstein b14 i think it is? and thats the problem a048's and r888's they dont do in that size, do peopl run 205/50 r888's or 195/50 a048's?
have just ordered one for my 182 after comparing dyno graphs for this and the itg maxogen, and also the fact ive used them in the past on my 106 and astra and loved them! does anyone use one? and what do you reckon on them?
obviously depends what engine the car is, as some dont have an iridium equivalent (the 172/182 engines for example). its very minimal difference as the metal is just a different type designed with a finer point to give a better spark, thus in theory making more use of the ignition system! plus...
hey guys just after some opinions, just bought my 182 it has both cup packs, and the idea is going to be have it as a road legal track car. just wondering what peoples preferences are on suspension set up for their cars, and also what track tyres people run? i will be using 7x16" pro race 2's...
