Split a destroyed 129 gearbox and good 130 box to make a good box with the speedo drive off the 129 casing. However upon removal the bearing/race/seal in the 129casing where the clutch shaft comes through has destroyed itself. It's triangular in shape and had long rollers instead of ball...

got a 172 cup with the 130 box so speedo doesnt work can i 1) just put a cable in or 2) swap for the non cup clocks and sort out the abs part so it works or 3)do i have to swap boxes? fletch

and as it turns out mine is a 172 cup -.- so id need the jc5 129? any ideas how to get past this without swapping boxes?

The bolts are fine it's just the size of the hole on the damper is too small?

Dropping my clio 60mm on springs do I need to change my dampers if so what's the cheapest and best options (mk2 ph2 dci) Fletch

Finally a break in the bad weather so decided to give the clio it's first proper wash :) looks good now :D

My dci just clicked over to 60,000 miles :) practically new for a diesel :)

Thanks mate, things are progressing quickly as I have loads of new parts waiting to go on however just had the steering inner joints and track rods replace for the mot which was yesterday so kinda halted things for a bit but new pictures of bits soon :)
