Just bought the two items for the dogbone from strongflex.
Seems to have some good reviews from Alfa's and Jap forums. Not to much on cliosport.net.
Googled discount codes and got 5% using Alfa5 if anyone's interested. Paid 23.15 in total delivered. Powerflex is about 42+ for the same bits...
There is very little on these forums about these guys.
I am looking at refreshing the dogbone bushes.
These seem a fair bit cheaper than powerflex.
Anyone got any feedback on them?

Fitted new spark plugs a decat with a new lambda and swapped the rear lambda with the front one and thrown the front one away.
Been for a short drive and it seems to have worked. Not been stuck in traffic which was the main problem so only time will tell but it's looking promising mate
Do all the traders have websites? It's a little confusing on there. How does it work- do people just email you?
Apologies in advance for sounding thick.
Cheers Dan,
I will have a look at that. Saw a decat on here yesterday that had a lambda on it so bought that in the end from Matt in Doncaster.
I live in Shadwell north Leeds mate- how about you? There seems to be a few grey 182's about this side of Leeds. How about you?
Spark Plugs- there are 6 left (cheaper than getting them from their website)

All the other stuff is on the carparts4less.co.uk website mate
Top top idea tho! I saw your article on cleaning the injectors also. Great thinking outside the box.
If you could find the seller that would be awesome. I don't mind buying quality products but the price needs to be good too!
Appreciate your help mate.
I am talking rubbish. I bought NGK plugs from Carparts4less off their eBay page as they were cheaper than the website...
I think I have taken the word Bosch from the subject of this thread...
Not yet mate- I haven't had the chance to call the garage and don't really have the money for a 200+ bill at this time of year! How are you getting on with yours?
I have only driven in traffic so far at low speeds and it's coming on twice on average over the 5 miles traveled. Its done 90k miles...
Is it still working Dan?
I am have just had my timing done by RS tuning and its running well - see ( http://www.cliosport.net/threads/182-engine-light-flashing-help-please.764123/#post-10582625 )
I have just managed to get 4 Bosch spark plugs for £38.88 from ebay and leads and coil for £56.70...
Sounds like we are in the same boat. I have just been driving in and out of Leeds so haven't had the chance of a long drive. I reset the mpg and seem to be getting 25mpg. I was running at 35.9 before. But I guss it hasn't been so cold and I haven't done any long runs.
Does that sound normalish...
It's happened a few times since. Paul at RS Tuning said originally that it might have had a Lambda on the way out alongside the timing of the car. Run's like a beaut now but little worried about the light. It seems like you Wilky as it happens when I am driving slowly in or just have been...
Hi Guys.
I wonder if anyone knows the answer. My engine light was flashing last week and I took the car down to RS tuning in Leeds and they have sorted the timing out on the motor and it's running really sweet now.
However on the drive home (5 miles the light flashed on twice. There has been...
Hi Guys,
I have had a little rattling that has got worse and my left pipe seems to have moved "out" (as in sticking out) from the car. I have had a quick look at it and it looks like there is some metal that attaches that exhaust pipe to the chassis has broken off.
I have rang around a couple...
Hi Guys,
Picked up a 182 at the weekend. Silver- it's my 1st. Had a 172 previously and have always been a fan of the hot Renaults! Was a member previously about 8 years ago but can't remember the username or logins!
Anyhow. Hey.
I bought the car in the end. Wrote on his thread before reading this mind! I hope the guy was more honest to his car than he was to everyone else.
I have had a 172 previously from 25k-60k miles and the car felt as tight as that car did to me- but only time will tell!
There is one in Wakefield...
Hi Lee. I am the proud owner of your car now! Bought it this weekend and looking forward to a long drive down to Birmingham this weekend. Nice little motor!
