Check the oil breather pipe round the back of the engine and make sure its not blocked with oil. Mine used to do that if that was blocked so might be worth a look

Well I bought one for my catch tank with an internal diameter of 13mm. Goes straight from the outlet to the catch tank on my setup

Short answer nothing and is pointless so I removed mine but I have an RS2 so its even more redundant now but its only there to reduce the induction noise below 3000rpm or something like that. Pretty much like an active exhaust valve on the inlet for some EU crap I should imagine

You might need to adjust the rear bumper. Underneath there are some clips (around where the tail pipes are) that you can undo which will then allow you to either move it in or out a little bit on which ever side needs it.
