    Whoever can't find them still completely remove your side panels in the boot and the wires should be right at the bottom. :)

    I am thinking of just re-wiring also but seems alot of effort if the wires are actually in place... the Renault garage said the technician who deals with this sort of thing will ring me tomorrow morning and let me know as he is off work today.
