Found out that it is defiantly RS import says RS on the Spec sticker in the door shut and the Doc says import at the bottom :) . Sent away for the rear square plate so hopefully will be here by the weekend.
Survived a trip to Scotland at the weekend apart from the alternator starting to pack in...
They start at 6 only to lady owners from new supposedly it was an early import and I don't think you get a square plinth for a MK2 as they are part of the bumper unlike the mk1 which came with different plinths. Also the first owner put a private reg on it when it was bought.

You guys mind if I join in on this? Just joined and only bought the car last Thursday. Bit of a mess at the moment been sitting for a while and needs a t-cut and polish.
New to Clio sports been put off them in the past due to cam belt snapping horror story's. But last week bought a 172 sport Exclusive, and drove it to central Scotland and back over the weekend and was very impressed with it. Could do with a good clean and polish so that's next weekends plans
