Getting a very faint ticking noise on the front left side of the car, can hear it in neutral but is slightly more noticeable under load. I did think it might be the inner CV as it popped out while I was fitting new dampers, boot slipped a bit but I just shoved it back in and crossed my fingers...

Never done it myself but heard you can spray WD40 around the gasket and should notice a change in revs if it finds a leak. Seems a nice easy solution unless anyone disagrees

Alright, quick update to the thread, ordered some resistors and have soldered them in - I also got the airbag ecu fault cleared, but it looks like it might have returned. Can someone confirm I've joined the correct cores? I definitely didn't mix up the purples, I cut off the plugs one at a time

Is there a specific control unit for the airbags or do you just mean to access the OBDII port? Probably true, same could be said for changing your radio station though! I think I'd prefer to exhaust all other possibilities before going down the new seat route.
