that's the worst part of the job, i use razor blades and wd40 to soften the gasket. Still takes ages. It's crap having to change them, and most of the time they don't need touching
I used to play pool with the guy who decompiled the 182 ECU for superchips. He owned an LY 182 at the time. They're generally a very knowledgeable company, that releases very lazy remaps. They have a far better capability than their products would ever suggest.
well I went with replace them when the bearing start to go as they're far more important than the disks, and they've not made the slightest noise so I never did them. I wouldn't use anything but genuine as non gen bearings are utter parp. Let me know when you need some and I'll sort you a decent...

I would have recommended the KTR/Janspeed Mild steel stealth. Only £238. Ran one on my own car, brilliant system, cheaper than genuine but easily better quality, and mild steel sounds nicer too.
