If you can get hold of some, the half leather seats from a 1*2 are pretty easy to fit and far more comfortable than the standard ones, they're more sporty than standard ones and look the part!
The plugs from the sport seats and the plugs in the car don't match up connector wise. A 400ohm resistor is about right iirc, if you've got a spare wire the you can't connect to the bottom of your seat connect the two pieces together with the resistor.
When I did it years back I cut the plug...
Still there as I was on a placement last year, got a mk7 fiesta with a whole 1.25 litres of engine!
Had an Astra for a bit but it would cut out everywhere (even once on the m25!) had the whole engine in bits and no one ever did find out what was wrong with it!
The clio was passed down long...
Up at uni in Manchester at the moment, e36 is a project I've been helping my brother on when I'm back. Lack of thread has mainly been because we're so unsure of its future!! Bought it with a blown HG, but the head was cracked and it's been slow on progress. I'll write it up once it's back to...
Nothing at all as in the starter motor doesn't turn?
If it's a mk2 , on the front of the starter motor (front of the engine bay) there's a short cable with a spade connector that powers the starter. This connector is a pretty bad design and corrodes easily.....remove it and give it a quick...

When the time came to design the Z3/E46...
It's probably worth putting the rear coilovers on if you have them! If you're going to do it at some point anyway. If it hasn't already had them you can use that as an opportunity to replace the standard rear top mounts with the e46/z3 ones with reinforcement plates.
I've just bought the top ones for my Astra, but you won't need them as they are CANBUS compatible (don't have to worry about that on the clio) the bottom ones will suffice. You'll need to buy a set of bulb holders to make your life 1000 easier when fitting.
I'm sure someone will confirm , but...
As said there are guides for members on here, personally I've always seen it as a job that's a bit too difficult (ie if you have to ask for help you might want to avoid it)
