Ye people are reporting that the engine is hitting its full potential at about 10k - 20k miles.

Well tell your dealer its still under warranty, under no circumstances are you gonna pay for a common fault on Cups/172s, and if they refuse or try to make you pay tell them you are going to contact Renault UK and enter a complaint about their dealer. Dont pay for it ! you shouldnt have to !

How old is your cup ? if its still under warranty then tell them you aint paying for it.. just fix it. Ps. I think the entire system costs about £1400

should look about 30% darker than normal glass .. :p [someone is bound to have these tints and post a pic up]

Yep, what he said ^^^ your gonna get a much better car. Its either one or the other, if you want to save a buck get the Cup, if you want all the luxuries/toys plus equal/better handling than the Cup get the 182, costs more but an all round better car (according to most reviews ;)

Could be ball joint no ? had exactly the same problem on my old 205 GTi and it was a knackerd ball joint.

You put it into diagnostic mode.. nothing to worry about.. Turn ignition off and back on.. all is sorted...

Ye, except they are totally wrong.. the 182 is 12,000 miles or 2 years.. just like the 172. Everyones dealer tells them 18,000 or 2 years but they are totally wrong.. check the handbook.

Ye what he said, it just puts it into diagnostic mode.. dont do any harm but starts beeping and all the dials start moving like crazy heh, just turn ignition off and back on to stop diagnostic mode.

Ye try nearer £2k for a full respray round my area.. its all preperation the costs though.. paint is cheap (unless its flip paint ;)
