maybe there is air in the system mate, though really the garage should have checked for that
in the mornin, take the cap off the exp tank and run the car, let it warm up a bit until the stat opens and lets water into the rad
leave it and let it cool down, some of the air should have come out...
defo get that replaced, think about if your doin 70 on the mway and go over a big stone/small rock or somethin, might be enough pressure to rip it open properly

99% of amp problems in my experience are because of a crap earth, jus because the amp is working doesnt mean the earth is good enough

you would need to spend a lot of cash to get anywhere near what you could do with 1 small sub in the boot, why not get an 8" sub and mount the amp to the box its in, would take up hardly any room at all
although he probably does a lot of Renault work, Andy does do work on a lot more expensive cars, im sure his customers would rather the location of their cars not be readily available if it has to stay in overnight
you can pick up about 6 different head units for under £100 at Motor World mate (i work for em lol)
it might not be as cheap as online but it can be a lot less hassle than mail order if anythin goes wrong, and no delivery charges to pay, which on a <£100 headunit is gonna be a decent...
