yea i called our supplier today and he said it like having 3, maybe 4, layers of the normal stuff in one layer, he said it was definitely worth the extra and no point doing 2 normal layers when extreme will work out cheaper

just in case you aint heard of them, Boston make very good quality audio gear

yea i was gonna suggest Infinitys but thought they might be slighter over your budget

have you thought about investing in an amp at a later date, that will really make a BIG difference mate

for £35 you cant go wrong, but id look elsewhere really mate, the tweeter on the set of those i heard sounded very harsh whats your budget

is it better than the normal Dynamat

the Mac Audio stuff, again, is brilliant value for money, not bad quality at all either

well i can always put some dynamat in between them as i do want a fairly flush fit

well the sub box will be recessed into it mate, with the amp on it in front of the sub box, and ill be puttin some sound proofin stuff in before i do it, like Dynamat etc

im on my way to B&Q in a minute to get some MDF to make a false floor with jus a quick question, i want to keep weight down to a minimum, is their any reason why i cant use quite thin stuff ~10mm ?

its not your use mate, its the fact they are just crap quality, most of them are only the PIAA in my experience are any good

possibly, but the full difference between them wouldnt be exploited without an amp

how cheap we talkin ? mineral oil ?......you should be able to get 10L of that for £20 or less you can get Duckhams 10W-40 Semi Synthetic for £16.99.......4.5L @ Motor World thats pretty cheap for a semi......unless your gonna buy in bulk
