He probably never drives the thing to be honest! As far as I am concerned, I love driving first and foremost. I much prefer driving a pristine car than a dirty one, but try to remember its just a car. Although the OCD often gets in the way....
Thats not bad actually, although really want to see what the 172 alloys would look like on a black 172 in black and anthracite..... any photoshop- pro :cool:takers?!
Will do mate. Might just go for the 182 wheels though TBH, easier and will probably look better, although I like the idea of black ones on the black car.
Cool cheers mate. Anyone got any ideas of cost to get them done though? I would want them done properly, not on the cheap. Having said that if that costs a lot, I would consider just getting the 182 alloys in anthracite.
Think the "concours champion" has his garage at a precise heat and humidity for his cars, but his probably have more natural materials like (decent) leather and wood.
We are all losers, one and all!
We used to use that make at work. Depends what you are using it for. For quick removal of general dirt and grime then yeh it works great, but if you look after your car it will never get in a state worse enough to need it. I would never use it on my own car, can dry really streaky.
...was thinking of spraying the mk2 172 alloys on my pearl black anthracite/ black. Could one kind sir please photoshop me both these possibilities at all? Afraid I have no pictures of my car on this pc though I am afraid.... cheers if anyone can!:D
Not sure about that stuff mate but the CG wheel guard is awesome. I use AG SRP to clean the wheels up, then the wheel guard x 2 every few washes and keeps them looking mint, and clean up really easilly.
Have to say £75 is extremely reasonable for how much it will improve the car's looks and value, you will no doubt make money from doing it! Definitely would recommend.
Agreed. Sony may be the big personal electronic brand but not necessarilly the best in terms of tendering to consumers needs. XBox Live is definitely Microsoft's strongest achievment in the industry, with a massive community already. It will take a long time for Sony to catch up, if they can at...
Hmm maybe the Collinite or the P21 then? Just ordered the spray sealant from Polished Bliss you recommended so will let you know how I get on. Car is looking pretty good at the moment, except for a minor graze I had with a BMW the other day :( Will be getting it repaired over Christmas, it's...
Collinite or Megs 16 anyone? Some links would be muchos appreciated to!
For winter wheel protection I would recommend CG's Wheel Guard. I used SRP, 2 x M Sealant and then 2 x Wheel Guard. Now its a case of sponge in cheap shampoo and another top up coat of Wheel Guard each weeks. Keeps them...
Not sure where you studied English buddy but you don't need to capitalise every first letter!
Anyone got a link for Megs 16 then if its a good winter wax? Going to buy that Jeffs spray sealant this weekend, although if it doesn't stop raining probably not going to get much use for a...
That's what I use except the Sonus clay, all seem the same though pretty much from the clays I have tried. Going to try the spray sealant stuff Rich recommends though as whole process of shampoo/clay/shampoo/polish/sealant/wax is just too long!!
