feck off they built mine my car wasnt the most normal spec either they did close the factory for a few weeks but thats no excuse considering you ordered it in june i got mine :S id be telling them to stick the car i feel guilty now i thought your be getting yours as well :o

never had a problem with mine id did have the old style with the twisty adjustment fall off but the rentangle ones fine :S i wont use refills on them granted id have a complete new unit
