if it is, please replace it NOW before it melts and sets fire to your car
thats a very dangerous amp install mate, suicide
you really really dont need any 6x9s mate if you have a sub, i have no rear speakers at all, and if you sat in my car i bet you couldnt tell
i let customers listen to mine, they then get out the car and ask what speakers i got, i tell em about the subs and front speakers, then they always ask...
yup, its the lucas number mate, a 286 is a tiny bulb which slots into a holder which twists on/off the back of the dials, very easy to change replace once you got the dials out
thats the one that the vast majority use, same with the batteries really, everyone copies Lucass part number system
3D font, AFAIK, is no longer legal
we make plates at work, our records are checked by the police frequently, we were told last time to stop making plates with 3D font as its no longer legal, by a police officer
right, if the Alpine you have, has got a seperate 12v wire on it, this must be connected to the battery, the normal plugs will just plug into the cars wiring plugs
if it hasnt got an extra 12v wire, just plug the wiring loom as normal into the wiring blocks on the car, and forget about it
that will be the going rate mate, i work @ Motor World and we never sell any for that reason, the price
none of the manufacturers like selling the fascia seperately, especially Sony for some reason

the aerial mate, they all stick, it DOES unscrew, i had to use pliers on mine
the gearknob will come off as soon as you manage to crack the glue thats holding it on, i twisted mine off with mole grips but be careful
ProClean in Prescot are very good, but dont expect them to be helpful or nice to you on the phone, they can afford to turn business away ive heard so that must be why they give a cant be arsed attitude when you deal with them
