it was tested in Max Power a few months back as being able to handle 900W RMS before it blew
now obviously im not suggesting you go do that, cos Max Power is hardly the most reliable source of information, but they CAN handle more than 250W RMS
id say 500W RMS might be possible
right, these subs are ALWAYS £50 in Motor World, so Halfords doing them for £50 is no special offer, they were just ripping everyone off in the first place, like usual.......
the listed RMS figure for them is either 225W or 250W i cant remember which exactly, however, they will handle a lot...
is it an Alpine by any chance ?
on mine, in the drivers side footwell, there is like a footrest next to the clutch pedal, if you take the screw out of that and remove it, ive got mine in the hole where the screw goes, jus screwed the cover/footrest back in over it
standard the 16v has more bhp, but is it heavier ???
however, 5GTT engines are quite easy to get more power out of, so not many standard ones about really
DONT get a credit card mate, they are the definition of evil and slowly they will get you into debt, trust me, i used to be a saver, until i got my first card, went up the sh*tter from that point on
id pay monthly, if i could afford it, pay all in one go, but i usually cant so i do mine monthly
