use a 5W-40 fully synthetic such as Carlube Triple R, Silkolene Pro S, Total Quartz 9000, Shell Helix Ultra
basically if its a 5W-40 its gonna be fully synthetic, use that....
a true wax has no abrasives in it whatsoever, super resin does....
id suggest Meguiars #16 Paste Wax, very long lasting, easy to use, and very cheap

if your after a Seat, get yourself to your nearest Motorpoint, the one in Burnley has a shed load of em
the odd 182 aswell (probably a lot more 182s at other Motorpoints)
you can put em into folders if you want....

write em to the cd as though its a data cd, make sure you finalise the disc or it wont work
just use Auto Glym Bumper Care on it, will bring all your black trim up a treat and it goes straight over polish marks
dont waste your time and money on anythin else !
usually id say Pioneer but those JBL subs can usually handle more than 250W RMS

from what i can see on Dialogys, i think there is some around with the same key, there seems to be unique speedline keys which you can only buy with the cap bolts........and you can buy a key seperate
think it mentioned something about having a number 1 stamped on the top of the key, i know...
