Heard alot of good things from rentech aswell:(
Whats this guy Mikes user name? I might drop him a PM then see what he says, im sure its a simple fix to be honest both coil springs were changed at the last MOT and im sure somthing hasnt been tightened or somthing properly. The car runs fine...
Id love too mate but there a bit far for me a think, ill let the old boy have a gander and see what he says, hes right 99% of the time so i trust him lol
You should spank the golfs wee arse mate, torque? oh aye loads more, and loads more weight aswell its a good 300kg's heavier than you are.
The 180 turbo does 0-60 in 7.6s and thats still a good 220-280kg's heavier.
I had an altercation with a new 197bhp FSI and we were neck and neck right...
Thats the exact problem i have, the top mount seems to have come ajar (slighty more angled than the other side).
Can the problem be sorted without new parts? it looks to me like its just came loose. But then i suppose fixing it with duck-oil and a torque screw would be too easy a fix for a...
Id never buy a new Reno after seeing what the 197 done to the 182. Not even necesarily that but the fact that any new car you buy, soon as your name goes on that log book you have wiped £1000 off the value straight away!
Used cars ftw!
Ill bet that the sound deadning device (black honey-comb shaped device inside the door) become un-attatched from the door and you are stuck with the ever annoying door rattle....!
Ha! You were bang on mate, one of the mounts is slightly 'ajar' as it were, sitting slightly above the base of where it should be ill need to get that checked asap!
Im okay (the old boys the brains behind the operation,i just hold the torch lol)
How noticeable is it to see if they are out of sync? I got both Coil springs changed in March for the MOT that mayby somthing to do with it maybe>?

Very same thing happened to me seems to be a common fault amongst the majority of owners here.
You can pick up a coil pack leads and sparks for under £100 i reckon that would fix it, and i think your right in saying that if it were the cylinders then the problem would persist constantly?

Every time somthing happens im like, "f**k it its getting sold"
Then i hear the draw of the induction when i floor it and i forget what i was moaning about lol
