Ach well this site is very opinionated which i can deal with and plus, the only time i see phase 2's is in my rear view mirror
*is that a can of worms i heard opening*
Well you have got to step back and look at the ever rising costs of fuel as this is a big part of performance car ownership...
I dont think id fancy owning two cars (or at least MOT'ing servicing and insuring two cars)
Still everyones circumstances are different, RS ftw
With no dis-respect to the exclusive owners, at a glance they dont look like renault sports (mainly as the colour doesnt show off the wider stance the car carries, same as the black one i reckon)
Still, i havent seen one in the flesh, but i do still like
More toys? Like what?
Xenon headlights arent toys, and seats are seats. As far as im concerned there comfortable to sit on for 3-400 miles at a time. The Ph1 isnt a stripped out drag car its a car designed for people wanting that extra oomph were it permits...

Personally for the money id spend the ten grand on a Focus RS...
This is a very bleak look at car ownership mate, your quoting all these prices but lets face it, from garage to garage there night and day. You sound like you wanna give the trees a hug:rasp:

Im trying to avoid taking it to renault the thieving b******s, anyone please help me????:o :o :o
Right long story short, My car was running on three cylinders so i immediatley thought it was the coil pack, sparks or HT leads, also the engine management light came on naturally as the car was very juddery and lacking serious power in each gear.
Changed the coil pack and spark plugs and the...
Again more front wheel power and more understeer???
I hate to use the old cliche but theres no substitute for cubic capacity, and when you start upgrading power at what point do you do the brakes, very expensive game trying to get the most from a n/a car.
