i probably wouldnt have Daz..........but now ive used it im totally converted....
you could buy less parts on there own to save money, but id class the microfibre cloths and sponge applicators as necessities.......they simply have no equal, even Meguairs equivalent
dont bother with the...
havent had any in mate to be honest, from what ive seen from pictures though they are a pretty good cream colour, as above but maybe ever so slightly less yellowy
use a Microfibre cloth to buff it off with, you will be there all day with the Auto Glym cotton ones
but, buy a good one, the Zymol ones are by far the best, think there £16 for two, which is cheaper than the Meguairs one, which is still pretty good but not as good as the Zymol one by a decent...
yea if you want somethin cheaper get Meguairs, probably the Gold Class, or if you can be bothered the 3 stage system......
but still, i prefer Zymol, i can wax the full car in less than half an hour, it goes on and comes off so easy, no residue, no hard rubbing.......plus the shine is very...
going rate mate
you can find cheaper on Ebay but with postage added on they either end up the same or more expensive
jus get em from your local Motor World / Halfords
(i work at Motor World and the last set we ordered came damn quick, they were for me)
go to the dealers, tell em your problem, and ask them to update/flash the ECU
there has been a lot of talk about idle problems on 1.2 16vs on here and IIRC that seems to fix it
theres loads mate that do, as far as i know both Spax and Apex do a kit to fit that spacing, pretty sure thats what mine is.....
ive got GAZ coilovers on mine :)
well a very common fault is a buggered coolant temp sensor
check that your map sensor has the pipe connected to it properly and its clipped/mounted in properly
how much ££ you got to spend mate
if you got the cash personally i would get internal mods done to the engine such as cam/head work.........as a new turbo is easy to slap on afterwards
lol i guess so !
oh and if your local one runs out of GT3-15s.............pretty sure ive got more than 2 in the shop........so tell em to do a pickup IBT from branch 121 :)......or if i havent then 891 should have loads but you will have more trouble gettin em off them...
tell em to speak...
try a full tank of optimax and some fuel system cleaner..........
its been known to work in the past.........
oh and obviously get the car hot before you take it in.....
did the guy at the MOT say it was running rich ?.........how dirty is your air filter ?........when did you last change...
a few weeks mate, i spent more than £2k easy on all that little lot, probably took me past £3k maybe, i cant remember how much i paid for it all exactly, as i kept adding bits to the bill and sending Andy more money
and yes it is worth it, ive now got a car with a rebuilt engine with a lot...
Mehdi, get it done mate, you wont have any trouble with GDI the work is top notch, i live in your kind of area and i travelled all those miles to get my GTT conversion done there
wont bother tellin Jon about the distance it would only take him 5 minutes anywayz the way he drives lol
i pay exactly the same as before mate and everything has been declared
im with Liverpool Victoria - 0800 514 514
my policy didnt change cost apparently because i already had modified engine on my policy and even though its a turbo now the capacity hasnt changed
evenin mate
