What bhp are you running at the mo? Coz it sure wont be 169bhp which they should be as standard. So your expecting 30bhp from an exhaust + manifold, remap and sports cat? Thats if you are running the book figure, which IMO you wont be.

get around 90 miles, very rarely put £10 in though. Just means more trips to the pumps. In the punto i got around 30 and my metro did 24 miles once to £10!! LOL

Looks mint! Fail for the wrong section though.

Cant see it making that much improvement over power compared to a stealth etc. Just my opinion of course, and for £1k, id prefer to have a nice £700 spare in my pocket maybe for inlets an a remap.

Took my rear platforms off to get a another 0.5cm lower :) My mates focus RS mid cleaning- Comments welcome- Also stripped out the rear, seats, spare wheel and tool kit came in at just over 46kg :) Its now LOUD!!

Probably worth it power wise on a 205gti though, on a 1.2 would be abit silly really imo. Cost over power increase etc. Just drop a 172 in for cheaper and easier power :)
